Maybe I have too much time on my hands now that I'm home on maternity leave. That's probably it. I have too much time to refresh my dashboard and search for comments.

So I'm good....just slow traffic. :) Makes me feel a bit better. I know one time I had a blog I like to read not post for weeks, so I typed in their URL just to be sure. Lo and behold, they HAD been posting but nothing was showing up in my "blogs I follow" list.
I think summer has a lot to do with it. It's A) waaay too hot to stay indoors all day in front of the computer and if you are, it's B) waaay too hot to think of blog posts and witty comments. I don't even want to be awake, it's so hot.
Last night I went to bed at 9 just so I could stop breathing and thinking about the wretched heat. Thank goodness for air conditioning...if only it were in every room in my apt!
Oh, and yes, having way too much time on your hands is also a culprit. It's the equivalent of watching water boil.
DR - Sometimes watching water boil is better than breaking up the current fight that's taking place in the living room. It's what I do when cooking dinner sometimes.
And it's waaaaay hot and the little people can't be outside for that long, at least the littlest one...so I'm stuck inside. I'm thinking we should go for a walk this morning though.....
Yeah, it's been pretty humid these days, but since my apt gets very little air circulation, it's usually a tiiiiiny bit cooler outside than in my house.
I wish my laptop were waterproof so I could just sit in a tub of cool water all day.

Yes, you are showing up in blogger. I am just a sporadic commenter or I read several posts at once as I try to get through all the ones in reader. I think I'm reading like 40+ blogs. A bit of an addiction. One that sometimes sabotages my productivity!

i have been so bad about keeping up with everyone! this summer is keeping me stinkin' busy! during the school year i spend much more time on the computer!!
